  4. -Listening: is an active involvement in what you hear.

  5. -To be there for people we love. -To benefit ourselves and people around us. -To have a better judgment on situations. -To be certain about things. -To make people feel better. Why do we need to learn to become a better listener?

  6. -Controlling ourselves not to speak or interrupt the person speaking. -repeating back what was being said and ask questions. -putting yourself in the persons situation. -listen to learn. -listen non judgmentally. Learning how to become a good listener.
