Current UG Process • Underground Conversion (Private Property) • Owner Responsibility • Option #1 - Hire Electrical Contractor • Option #2 - Owner Installation • Submit Reimbursement Claim Form to include copies of invoices and receipts.. • Current City rebate of $3,000 or the lesser actual cost of the work for Power ONLY!

Recommendation • Amend PMC, Chapter 13.14 • The City will pay the cost to install the necessary conduits, wiring and other materials required to convert and connect private properties to the underground system. • Property Owner must utilize City’s Contractor • Property Owner must sign Right of Entry
