  2. Online Gambling • People have been consumed into the world of gambling • Gambling is getting popular every day • States and municipal governments bring in an estimated $100 billion in tax revenue every year

  3. Online gambling will increase revenue More revenue will be brought in with online gambling

Gamblers in Cyberspace • “Online gambling is now popular enough to cut into the profits that states and municipalities make from selling lottery tickets and collecting casino taxes” (Cyberspace). • “If the government tries to shut down Internet gambling sites, those businesses will simply move their operations to other countries where it is legal” (Cyberspace).
