Remove and replace vinyl composite tile (VCT) flooring throughout the building. 7. Provide carpet tile flooring throughout the Main Office suite, Library 120, and Corridors 119, 121, 137, & 138. 8. Remove and replace casework in the Faculty Lounge128. 9. Provide maintenance service on main electrical switchgear and provide protective wire mesh partition. 10. Remove and replace doors & frames at two locations: At entrance to Multi-Purpose Room 168 (including brick wing walls) and at Storage Room 174. 14. Provide three-way switching of lights in Storage Room 186. 15. Remove and replace vinyl composite tile (VCT) flooring in Stage 131, Multi-Purpose Room 168, Kitchen 169, Kitchen Storage 170, Art Classroom 178, and Storage Room 186. 16. Remove VCT flooring and provide poured epoxy flooring in Girls' Locker Room 158 and Boys' Locker Room 170. 17. Provide ADA compliant handrails at stairs to Stage 131. 18.
