This session focuses on enhancing Pedagogy of Listening and Talking (PoLT) conversations through various effective strategies. Participants will engage in activities to build rapport, explore questioning techniques—including open-ended and invitational questions—and observe each other’s facilitation skills. The aim is to reflect on best practices for fostering an engaging dialogue among participants. Feedback will be provided to encourage self-reflection and improve future interactions. By the end of the session, participants will have clearer insights into effective facilitation and communication techniques.
