The ACE Program (Alliances for Community Excellence) focuses on revitalizing neighborhoods through key initiatives: Landlord Registration mandates all rental properties to register and undergo annual inspections; the Nuisance Abatement Board enforces compliance against disruptive activities; and the Administrative Foreclosure strategy targets properties with code violations. Additionally, the program will reintroduce the Civil Citation for code infractions and support existing businesses through education and certification processes to ensure code compliance. Together, these strategies aim to enhance community safety, reduce blight, and foster positive partnerships.
