  16. How To Live in Freedom • Remember that freedom involves making active choices – if you don’t makethem, they will be madeforyou. • Choosing the Spirit over flesh gives you the power you need to love like Jesus does.

Optional Small Group Questions • What things in our lives can re-capture us into slavery? • Talk about a time when God’s Holy Spirit gave you or someone you know the power to overcome the sinful nature. • Which Spiritual fruit would you like to be more visible in your life? What can you do to produce more of that Spiritual fruit? • What choices are you facing right now? Flesh vs. Spirit? Freedom or slavery? Thinking about taking that first step of faith? Pray that God would help you, wherever you are, to move one stop closer to Him.
