What are rules for approval • Approval to send to ballot requires 2/3 of all members with voting rights • Abstains, Not Present, Did Not Vote all count in denominator • Final approval of P&P Revision requires ‘two thirds of all voting Executive Committee members with voting rights’ • Current interpretation from Chair is that Abstentions, Not present, Did not Vote don’t count in denominator • Rules will change effective end of this meeting if P&P revision on ‘P&P revision process’ is approved Matthew Sherman, BAE Systems

Comments • What Changed • Not breaking document into subdocuments as much as • Telecons rather than travel • Multiple Ballots on smaller changes rather than one large change • Have already run have the smaller ballots • Accordingly costs have gone down • SA has request input on options to partition our P&P into other documents • Easier to amend • Cleaner organization Matthew Sherman, BAE Systems
