  6. Everything we do falls into one of these four quadrants When we work effectively we call it living ‘above the line’

  7. How do you plan effectively? • Choose the important things first • Put the important things in place first • Put things in priority order

  8. How could you plan so your day runs smoothly? What could be on your ‘to do’ list?

  9. How could you plan so your week runs smoothly? What could be on your ‘to do’ list that is different for the one you use for a day?

  10. Would planning for longer than a week be useful? What could be on your ‘to do’ list for the year? Does Habit 2 help you with this?
