  4. Effects of Stress on the Body • Fight or Flight • Increased Alcohol consumption • Fatigue or Exhaustion • Tight Neck / Shoulders • Insomnia • Headaches/Migraines • Sadness/Depression • Feelings of Hopelessness • Colds and Congestions
