  2. Questions Before the Court: • Whether or not equipment (mats) were adequate? • Whether or not supervision was adequate? Precedence: (Thornton et al. v. Board of trustees of School District No. 57) • If it is suitable to his age and condition (physical and mental). • If he is progressively trained and coached to do it properly and avoid danger. • If the equipment is adequate and suitably arranged. • if the performance, having regarded its inherently dangerous nature, is properly supervised.
