  5. Upskill Council Staff with specialist skills • Anglesey will upskill key staff by participating in Bangor’s Procurement Masters programme: • Other Councils taking part: Powys, Carmarthenshire, Gwynedd, Anglesey

Procurement Needs Analysis • Bangor will conduct a Procurement Needs Analysis to help Anglesey pinpoint and identify where the procurement process can be improved (both for the Council and for its Suppliers) so that: • both have a better experience, and • an effective realignment is achieved between Anglesey corporate values and its procurement practice outcomes
