  12. 前立腺精嚢全摘出術29例 • 年齢54～72才　平均　65歳 • 診断時PSA(ng/ml) 3.16～45平均　12.93 • 手術時間1時間45分～5時間30分　 平均　3時間46分 • 出血量57ml～1150ml平均　458ml • 組織型well 3例 moderately 17例 poor 9例 • 術後尿失禁1週間以内　15人（無し：9人） • OCD率79.3%　（２３/２９） • 術後　　放射線療法 1例　内分泌療法　9例　

  13. まとめ 1.2001年1月から2004年10月までの当院で施行した経会陰前立腺生検572例の成績を報告した。 2.PSA4以上の535例では156例が前立腺癌と診断された。PSAが10以上では51.4%と4-10の17.8%に比較して高値であった。 3.PSA4以下の前立腺癌が生検で2例、経尿道的前立腺手術にて17例が期間中に発見された。 4.　早期前立腺癌の29例に手術が施行され良好な成績であった。
