Briefing expectations • The EPMC is intended to be at the Theme level, and primarily informational. • AT, MSM & SLI: • Expect the current ERASMUS data to be presented and discussed by the Theme Director for each program in the theme • Discussion of any yellow or red status indicators and what the Theme Director is doing to resolve the problem • “Red” and “Yellow” items will be tracked • If any significant milestones have been met (or missed!), those should be highlighted and briefed • Progress on all of the milestones should be reported in the backup • Cost performance should be reported with explanation for any deviation from the cost plan • Top five issues and risks of the programs, from ERASMUS, should be presented, and the risk management strategy discussed • ITTP: • Status of the Theme plan for FY2004/2005 that the “internal” team is developing • Update on the progress of initiating and operating the Tiger Team for future planning of the Theme
