PUNJAB INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT BOARD (PIDB) & DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORT (DoT), GOVERNMENT OF PUNJAB invite EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) for Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of Following Bus Terminals • Moga 4. Jagraon 7. Nawanshahr 10. Dera Baba nanak 2. Muktsar 5. Zira 8. Pathankot 3. Firozpur 6. Nangal 9. Hoshiarpur SCOPE OF WORK Operation & Maintenance The private operator would be responsible for the Management of the Operations and Maintenance of the Bus Terminal/s providing state-of-the-art facilities to ensure complete customer satisfaction. This would include but not limited to periodic repairs of civil, electrical & sanitation works, provision of power backup, signages, schedule announcement, digital display of arrivals & departures, drinking water, rest rooms, waiting areas, shopping areas, cafeterias, internet café, security personnel & traffic management. Revenue Streams It is envisaged that the operator would recover the cost of management of O&M from Collection of Adda Fees & Parking Fees and Collection of Rentals from leasing of Shops, other Commercial spaces & Advertisement spaces. OPTIONS It is further envisaged to offer following options: Option 1 – Operation & Maintenance alongwith Collection of all the revenue streams Option 2 - Operation & Maintenance alongwith Adda and Parking Fees Collection Option 3 - Operation & Maintenance alongwith Rentals from Shops/ Commercial spaces/ Advertisements Option 4 - Operation & Maintenance without any revenue collection EOI DOCUMENT & SUBMISSION OF EOI The EOI document giving details about the objective, scope of work, project sites and prescribed format for submission of EOI can be obtained from the office of project consultant M/s Feedback Ventures Pvt. Ltd (FVPL) at the address mentioned below. The same can be downloaded from the website of PIDB at www.pidb.org. The completed EOI alongwith a non-refundable demand draft of Rs 1000 (Rupees one thousand only) per bus terminal in favour of ‘Punjab Infrastructure Development Board’, payable at Chandigarh, must be submitted not later than 1700 hrs on 21st November 2005 at the office of M/s Feedback Ventures Pvt. Ltd., Chandigarh.. The bidder may submit EOI for one or more than one Bus Terminals. Also for each Bus Terminal , the bidder shall also indicate one of the four options given above. It is clarified that submission of EOI does not enable/ disable any bidder for pre-qualification or final selection .
