  3. Advocacy Topic • Real Sports advocacy group is a organizations that focuses mainly on helping students get recognized and let them gain opportunities to make it in the sports world. This topic is to also get more advocates to support this group so that students will get exposure and a chance to make it big. Their talents can and will determine their future, all they need is a person who will recognize those certain talents and use them to their advantage.

  4. Mission • The intent of this mission statement is to inform you of the Real Sports advocacy. Real Sports is an advocacy group that will allow students to get recognized and take their skills and use them to their benefits. We believe that starting Real Sports advocacy group will create more opportunities then any other organization and get students the exposure they need. • Ex: SEED Flag Football cannot earn you any type of scholarship to college. Real Sports wants to change this.

Plan of Action 1st Action: I will start my advocating process by suggesting that SEED allow recruiters to come to the school watch games. 2nd Action: I will make sure every one of those student are aware of the opportunity that they have when recruiters are up at the school. 3rd Action: My final step will be to help SEED organize more games against local schools in the district.

  7. Future Goals • My advocacy topic I hope will be something that gets recognized and supported.
