Puget Sound Partnership Collaboration for Times Stories

In 2012, 55 partners in Puget Sound area collaborated to showcase partner headlines on the ST.com homepage. A WordPress tool was used to display partner content in both online and print pages, enhancing Times stories. Collaboration was fostered through a shared email group, emphasizing the value of photo swaps. Discussions on high-school sports coverage plans and community engagement were a regular part of the partnership. Tracy Record from West Seattle Blog highlighted the commitment to cover local school football games, encouraging interaction with interested teams. This collaboration model demonstrated the power of shared resources and community engagement.
