MEA Regional Enforcement Networking • In response to: • Discussions at the Beijing meeting April 2005 • MOP decision on preventing illegal trade in ODS (Dec XVII/16 etc) • MLF evaluation on customs training and licensing system projects (Dec XIV/7) • General “trend” at various fora such as UNEP green customs initiative, UNEP governing council Illegal Trade Symposium Nov06
