Systemic Approach • Make an assessment how the NGOs objectives can be achieved say in foreseeable future. • Prepare a plan on how to achieve these objectives. Plan period should not be for more than 3-5 years. Preferably a rolling one. • While Plan has to identify projects that it needs to undertake to fulfil objectives, it also has to identify its core costs.
