This study investigates the genetic and phenotypic properties of the mutant strains ΔhpdA, ΔhpdB, and ΔhpdC derived from the R20291 strain. The analysis includes the assessment of deletion mutants using primers hpdB-F/R and hpdCA-F, alongside EBS and RAM techniques. Size assessment through various loci provides insight into the genetic structure, with results indicating distinct molecular weights for each strain. The findings contribute to the understanding of gene function in pathogenicity and resistance in the R20291 strain.
