Commissioning Support Quality & Provider Management This team is responsible for managing all aspects of CCG relationship with providers including contract negotiation, quality and performance, and activity planning. This is through in house staff or commissioning support arrangements. The team also has responsibility for all aspects of provider quality including Safeguarding Children & Vulnerable Adults.   4. Commissioning Support General Practice Development This team is responsible for managing all aspects of Primary Care that are the duty of the Clinical Commissioning Group. This includes ensuring full membership engagement in the group, practice quality improvement, training and support, prescribing and referral management and relationships with the local area office of the NHS Commissioning Board in all aspects related to primary care. Commissioning Support Service Reform This team has responsibility for overseeing all major service reforms identified through the organisational Strategic Commissioning and Annual Business Planning processes. They are also responsible for implementation of occasional ad-hoc to improve local pathways identified by clinical policy prioritisation or provider quality management issues. Commissioning Support Planning and Corporate This team has responsibility for leading the strategic and business planning of the CCG along with all corporate services functions including organisational and governing body secretariat, communications & engagement, compliance, risk management, claims and complaints, HR and Organisational Development.
