Fig. 2 LEEM movie (6 um field of view). Upon annealing at ~1000C, the NWs above suddenly melt into spherical droplets and begin to move towards higher temperature, partly dragging steps along and building a “roadway”. Small drops follow the roadway, while large drops can jump off and begin a new one.
