HOMEWORK • Expected to be completed • Will be checked periodically • Will affect grade if not complete You can always ask me for help if you are having difficulties with homework. I am available in the Resource Room during homeroom. NO EXCUSES!!!

Grading Procedure • 75% of grade consists of Tests, Quizzes, Projects, and Research • 25% of grade will come from Notebook, Homework, and Assignments
Absences • 2 Days for every excused absence to turn in missed assignments • 2 Days for every excused absence to make up any other grades • Unexcused absences will receive zero grades for anything due that day • It is your responsibility to make up the work missed (Upon return to school, check the missed-work file) • If going on a trip or sporting event: MUST MAKE UP A TEST BEFORE THAT DATE.
“ZERO” TOLERANCE • Zero for any DISHONEST or MISREPRESENTATION of work • Zero for Cheating or Talking during a test • Zero if you have your phone out during a test or quiz

Guidelines • Be Prepared • Be seated with work at bell • Passes in “must use” situations only • Smiling allowed • Keep yourself to yourself • Stay in seat unless otherwise instructed
Guidelines Continued • Ask for help when you need it • Ask questions by raising your hand • Do your best • RELAX and HAVE FUN • Talk Appropriately • Use a pencil • Volunteer to participate • No Napping!

BONUS • You can earn bonus points each nine weeks • Points may be withheld for violating classroom policy • Points may be withheld for late progress reports, policy forms, or not caring for books and materials
