  1. 3. Infracciones típicas: velocidad A tener en cuenta: • Hay dos tipos de excesos de velocidad: los excesos que conllevan detracción de puntos y los que no. DGT aplica distinto tratamiento en el procedimiento de la sanción. • El titular o el arrendatario del vehículo tienen la obligación legal de identificar al conductor (art.9.bis LSV). Su incumplimiento es infracción muy grave • Si consta foto y certificado de verificación del cinemómetro, no merece la pena recurrir. Son las infracciones con menor porcentaje de litigiosidad.
