  3. Employment Situation Job hunting is not very promising. The job market is getting more and more competitive. There are more and more colleges while less and less job place to meet. Economic crisis in the whole world lead to many unemployment.

  4. Unemployment rate:9.4% About 30% of graduate students can’t find a job but stay at home after graduation. For some hot job, thousands of people compete for only one job. About 75% of Americans want to find a job or change their jobs

  5. Choose a job Which kind of job is suitable for you?

  6. Nowadays, job-hopping has been a prevalent phenomenon. People who changes job frequently for they are not satisfied with the present situation, including the salary, the welfare, individual developing space, the developing direction, work relations with the boss and so on. How to balance the pros and cons of job-hopping? For our young people, choosing the right career is very important. Most of us spend a great part of our lives at our jobs. For that reason we should try to find out which kind of career suits us most.
