Scorecard Analyze email system---- Time Warner enhanced speed about 60 days to install Analyze Servers/Network for Parish and School and Cloud computing moving Switches are set to be ordered through the Parish….we are monitoring other pieces of the network Wireless deployment plan for campus Installed and we are monitoring Evaluation/decision of White Board Technology Decision made Strategy of Hardware—Computers for school and parish Plan is being put together, still obstacles exist Web Site evaluation and strategy for re-launch Mike will fill you in on.

  16. Different needs for different ages KG-5th Grade: Desk tops need 100% replacement Optional laptops/netbooks/IPAD in class rooms 6-8th Grade: Elimination of Desk tops in the rooms Working on plans for every middle school student to have a computer. Complicated and discussions continue.

Goals for website improvement • Cleaner navigation and layout • Content Management System • Style Sheets (same look and feel throughout) • Interaction with personal technologies • Anywhere access to school info and student files via secure (SSL) website • (✔) Anywhere access to school calendar • Dedicated class pages that faculty can easily update • Assignments, rubrics, study guides, etc. • Textbooks (where permitted)

New School Calendar is Launched • Get the updates delivered to you – no need to check the website • Have it on your iPhone (or Android or Blackberry) • View it in Outlook, iCal, or Lightning • See the school website for installation instructions • It uses Google technology • Quick and easy for staff to update from anywhere • Easily adds to your existing Google accounts • View calendars by Week, Month, or List/Agenda • Easy to add additional calendars (e.g. Sports) • Part of the school website • No longer a separate popup • Menu bars to other parts of the site

Rough Draft of Funding Immediate need: Parent and Business donation $150,000 Yearly St. Michaels Golf and Tennis Tournament for technology. • Where: Prestonwood Country Club • Tennis: Friday June 22nd, 2012 • Golf: Monday June 25th , 2012 • 100% of proceeds to go technology hardware/software for school
