Test, Rework and Repair Services • Quick-Turn EC reworks during NPI, Manufacturing, and Field Support • Full SMT Rework Capability including BGA, CCGA, PBGA, QFP, and PLCC • PTH Rework Capabilities for connectors, modules, components, etc. • Experienced with multiple chemistries (eutectic and lead-free) • Rework and Repair of products from multiple vendors and multiple manufacturing sites • World wide FRU refurbishment supplying 6 global hubs (over 300 unique part numbers) • Experienced with board and system level testing and failure analysis

Equipment and Space • Test footprint is 1100 sq. ft., including 45 unique functional testers • Rework/Repair footprint is 3380 sq. ft. including the following equipment: • Auto rework tool (2), Solder Fountain (2), Clean Hood, Dry Cabinet, Chem Cabinet, Chem Refridge, Barcode Label Printers, Inspection Stations (multiple), Rework Stations (multiple), including microscopes, dazors, soldering units, hand tools, torque drivers, ventilation, ESD protection, etc. • Space and equipment are flexible and can grow upon customer requirements
