Graduation Preparations and Upcoming Events for Cadets**

Attention cadets! Important dates and events are coming up, including graduation ceremonies, practices, and community service opportunities. Saber practice will be held on May 26th and 27th after school. Kitty Hawk tutorials are available for those in need of academic help before finals. We are also seeking a male cadet to join the recruiting team and volunteers for mentoring first-year cadets. The Senior Awards Assembly is on May 24th, and color guard performances are scheduled. Don't forget uniform turn-in on May 25th!

  2. Graduation Saber Practice • Practice will be Thursday, May 26th and Friday, May 27th after school. Any questions please contact Michael Faulkenberry or J.D. Welch.

  3. KHAS Tutorials • Kitty Hawk will be holding tutorials for any cadets who are struggling academically, especially with finals week coming up. If you need help, put your name on sign up list on the front table.

  4. Recruiting Team For Next Year • We need one more male cadet to join the recruiting team. • You must have a flexible schedule • Please put a piece of paper with you name and phone number in the recruiters box.

  5. Mentoring Program • If you are going to be a third or fourth year next year and you want to help mentor first years next year please put a piece of paper with your name and phone number in the Vice’s box. • Thanks

  15. Community Service • May 21st • 3:30pm-8:30pm • The Starlight foundation needs 8 to 10 cadets to help out with setting up and taking down for their event. • The uniform is Polo and Kakhis • Location: Texas Motor Speedway • POC: James McKnight- 817-312-5035

  16. SLS uniform pick ups • If you are needing another uniform or more uniform items for SLS or CCSS, come the week of May 16th-20thknowing your sizes.

  17. Staff Applications • All first and second year cadets, need to fill out a staff application and turn it in to the corps commander’s box no later than Friday, May 20. • (FYI, Flight/cc, Flight/sgt, and guide are NOT staff positions.)
