6. Future Time Clauses • These clauses follow the same model of the first conditional. • There is a main clause, and a future time clause (the clause that starts with before, after, as soon as, until, when, while, in case, unless).

7. Future Time Clauses • Use a future tense (future simple, future continuous, future perfect, going to, present continuous) or a modal or an imperative in the main clause. • Use present simple (or any other present tense, such as present continuous or present perfect) in the future time clause.

8. Future Time Clauses • I’ll be ready as soon asI’ve had a shower. • We’ll be watching the Cup Final when you arrive. • We’re not going to go out until the rain has stopped.
