Roadto the Olympics • Started 18 months ago with recognition that the demand for accommodations for 2010 could easily exceed the availability of hotel space. • Idea to provide additional hotel space on a deluxe cruise ship • Next the search for a Pier – Kinder Morgan • Then choosing the Ship The Norwegian Star • Followed by all the Logistics • Transportation • Legal and permits • Costing & packaging • Reservation System • Marketing to the trade • Getting the word out to consumers

  5. The Pier The Norwegian Star will be located in North Vancouver. Docked at the Kinder- Morgan pier just east of the Lions Gate Bridge and directly across from Stanley Park

  6. Transportation Clients will be transferred to the ship on private motor coaches. On day of arrival and departure we will have scheduled transfers to and from the Vancouver International airport. Clients not arriving by air will also pick up their transfer at the airport. We recommend they make use of the long term parking available as we do not have parking available on site. Our Daily transportation makes it easy to come and go as you please running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from the ship to the Sea Bus Terminal. This gives our clients the freedom to experience the city on their own, or take one of several fabulous optional tours.

Garden Villa This spectacular Garden Villa, which has up to 5000 sq ft of space, is complete with living room, dining room and three separate bedrooms each with king- or queen-size bed, a private luxury bath and CD/DVD library. Two bedrooms also feature a full bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower. Each Villa features a private garden with hot tub, outdoor dining area and terrace. Butler service and concierge available.  Maximum occupancy – 6 people.  Number of Units 2 Cabin Category A1

Owners Suites With over 740 sq ft, this suite includes a living room, private balconies, dining room, separate bedroom with king-size bed, mini bar, CD/DVD library and luxury bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower. PaymentPolicies • Full payment is required immediately for all bookings made on or after May 1st 2009 • All payments are final and there will be no refunds on cancellations • All deposits and payments are non-refundable • Where a payment date is missed, Newwest reserves the right to consider the booking cancelled, and to resell any stateroom for which monies are overdue • There will be no refunds for any unused portion included in the tour cost but not utilized by the passengers • All full legal passenger names, as they read on their passports are required no later than November 9th, 2009
