  2. Tools Required:Tweezers Screwdriver (T5) Torque: (M1.6*4.0 X 4): 0.65 Kgf/cm

  5. A100 Disassembly- I Step 1: • Remove battery • Unscrew 2 SCREWS Step 2: • Separate the housing along the sides carefully

  6. A100 Disassembly- II Step 3: • Remove TOP CASE • Unscrew 2 SCREWS Step 4: • Dismount SPEAKER, VIBRATOR and MIC

  7. A100 Disassembly- III Step 5: • Narrow the ANTENNA hook and push upward Step 6: Other parts (Unsoldering SHIELD-KEY before removing) RECEIVER GASKET COVER MYLAR SHIELD-RF SHIELD-SIM-HOLDER SHIELD-KEY

  8. A100 Reassembly- I Step 1: • Locate ANTENNA Step 2: • Fix the MIC properly

  9. A100 Reassembly- II Step 3: • Locate SPEAKER • Locate VIBRATOR Step 4: • Assemble PCBA • Tighten 2 SCREWS

  10. A100 Reassembly- III Step 6: • Press the cases along the sides Step 7: • Tighten 2 SCREWS
