  3. Green Frog (Rana clamitans ) Dorsolateral fold runs 2/3 to ¾ length of body

  4. Northern Leopard Frog Rana pipiens

  5. Southern Leopard Frog Lithobates sphenocephalus

  6. Pickerel Frog Rana palustrus Dorsolateral fold like leopard but spots are uniform

  7. Wood Frog Rana sylvatica

  8. N.Cricket Frog (Acris crepitans) Tiangle on “neck” / head

  9. Grey Tree Frog (Hyla versicolor and Hyla chrysoscelis) Light patch below eye; yellow-orange on inner side of leg

  10. Spring Peeper (Pseudacris crucifer) “X” on back

  11. Chorus Frog Pseudacris feriarum

  12. Fowler’s Toad (Bufo fowleri) Cranial crests contact parotid glands

  13. American Toad (Bufo americanus) Amplexus

  14. Eastern Spadefoot Toad Scaphiopus holbrokii

  15. Crawfish Frog Rana areolota Southwest and west central IN

  16. Plains Leopard Frog Rana blairi Dorsolateral fold “broken” / fading
