Exercise 2: top 10 • Pick a partner not the same highlighter colour as you, and not the same organisation but in a similar role • Make a quick list of non-delivery ‘gripes’ - in order of angst! • Work with the Presenter to pull this into a Top 10 • Make sure your points are heard and represented

Exercise 3: case study • Form a team from amongst the audience • Executive, Board, PM • Business Sponsor, Snr Supplier, Snr User • Other roles? • Ask the room for a classic ITSM project deliverable • Loudest one wins • Team, describe what you’d expect for each of your areas • Consistency: the ‘chicken soup’ approach • Comprehensively: cover all bases • Concisely: Focus on the product, not activity
