VInbound Inbounding logistics is one of the primary processes of logistics, concentrating on purchasing and arranging the inbound movement of materials, parts, and/or finished inventory from suppliers to manufacturing or assembly plants, warehouses, or retail stores. Our VInbound Software is a powerful and feature rich, integrated logistics software. Built from the ground up to suit all businesses from small businesses operators to major multinationals. It contains Supplier Master, Item Master, Service Providers, Shipment Entry for Air, Sea and Local Transports, Bill of Entry, Payment Entry and various reports.

  3. Main Screen

  4. Supplier Master • Allows you to add new Supplier and modify existing Supplier’s details. • Suppliers can be grouped into different category as per requirements. • Suppliers can be blocked by changing the status to ‘Non Active’.

  5. Item Master • Allows you to add new Item and modify existing Item details. • Item can be grouped into different category as per requirements. • Raw Materials can be blocked by changing the status to ‘Non Active’.

  6. Service Provider Master • Allows you to add new Service Provider and modify existing details. • The Service Provider can be Forwarder or customs house agent (CHA).

  7. Inbound Entry • This screen displays the list of entries for selected Transport mode and date range. • User can add new entry, update the existing entries or delete the Inbound Entry.

  8. Inbound Entry • User can enter the Inbound details here. The entries are divided into three parts viz Shipment, Bill of Entry and Payment. • Admin user can define user access to individual group of entry.

  9. Report Configuration • Here user can customize the report by selecting the required fields.

  10. Inbound Report • Inbound report displays the details of the Inbound entries. • Entries can be filtered by Transport Mode, Track Number and Date Range. • The report data can be exported to Excel for further processing.
