Fig S1:Elution profile of GroEL, GroES, β1 reconstitution mixture from Superdex 200 gel filtration column: GroEL (1 mg) and GroES (1 mg) or reconstitution mixture containing β1 (0.75 mg total) was injected into a Superdex 200 gel filtration column in Tris buffer pH 8.0 and run a rate of 1 ml/min for 120 min. Fractions of 3 ml were collected, run on an SDS-PAGE minigel and quantified by densitometry.
