Past & Present Purpose ACE is a charity event that strives to utilize student talent in the arts, fashion and music to raise awareness and make a difference in the lives of those less fortunate in China. • Uniting international students • Highlighting artistic, fashion & musical talents • Raising funds to help the less fortunate

Plan Plan- Event In order to meet our goal of raising funds ACE will be a ticketed event in which students will pay to attend and see the fashion show, musical performances and art exhibit that will be held. Fashion Show Will host three lines of clothing all designed by students 1 • Music Show • Will highlight a variety of musical talents from beat boxing to rock bands. 2 Art Exhibition • Will present student art from variety of schools and highlighting various art forms 3

  10. Product Plan- Fundraising • In addition to the show, we will also have art pieces that will be on auction along with selling ACE shirts. In addition we will be working with individuals & companies on donating to the cause of ACE. • Pre-Event Sales • Ticket Sales- Selling Tickets to the event- Goal to sell 1 Event Sales • Will create ACE shirts to be sold on event day to help in raising funds • Bake Sale 2 Donation (ACE of Heart Campaign) • ACE Team to ask parents & adults to make donations toward the goal • Will look to companies to donate toward the goal 3

Closing Product • Charity to Support:River of Hearts • Website: http://www.communitycenter.cn/Outreach_CCS_RiverOfHearts.asp • How funds will be used: The money raised will be used to assist in the shipping for River of Hearts to locations outside of Shanghai. This year River of Hearts is planning to ship outside of Shanghai three times, to locations that are in definite need of the donations from River of Hearts.
