Polymorphism Analysis Between Brown-Seeded Varuna and Yellow-Seeded Heera in BjuA.TT8

This study explores the polymorphism detected between brown-seeded Varuna and yellow-seeded Heera in the BjuA.TT8 genetic region using the primers TT8-RsF1 and TT8-RsR4. Additionally, polymorphisms in the BjuB.TT8 region were investigated with primers TT8-NsMPF and TT8-NsMPR. The observed genetic variations provide insights into seed color traits and their underlying genetic mechanisms, which can be crucial for breeding programs aimed at seed color improvement and diversity.
