Objetivo General • Formar profesionistas con bases sólidas científicas y tecnológicas, con actitudes éticas y aptitudes; capaces de diseñar, administrar, desarrollar, controlar e innovar sistemas de producción en la industria alimentaria, orientados de manera sustentable e integral en el ámbito regional, nacional e internacional..

  3. Perfil del Egresado • La industria alimentaria de nuestro país requiere de profesionales calificados, cuyos conocimientos y habilidades contribuyan al aprovechamiento de los recursos naturales; a la generación, asimilación y adaptación de la tecnología de vanguardia utilizada en el procesamiento de alimentos y la aplicación de normas de control de la contaminación y preservación del equilibrio ecológico.

  4. ¿Qué y en donde trabaja un Ingeniero en Industrias Alimentarias? • Las características y el nivel de competencia que tendrá el egresado le permitirán poseer los elementos necesarios para desenvolverse en el sector industrial, de transformación y proceso, e integrarse a empresas públicas o privadas, laboratorios de investigación y aún más, puede iniciar su propia empresa.
