This initiative, supported by DFID and facilitated by CDAC, aims to strengthen two-way communication between humanitarian programs and affected communities. Key strategies include combining communication platforms, developing new responses, and capturing lessons learned for better practices. Active partnerships in Pakistan focus on national messages, local outreach, and engaging communities through local media, SMS networks, and listener groups. By fostering ongoing dialogue, we enhance awareness, trust, and feedback mechanisms to improve program effectiveness and community engagement.
