The creation, plotting, superhero debuts(we know you know them all), end credits scene, and audience demand for more of this ground-breaking franchise have brought it international acclaim. To quench your curiosity, here are some interesting facts regarding the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU): -Agent Coulson wasn't supposed to have a name! The scenes where Jane and Thor kiss? Natalie Portman was standing on a high ramp to reach Chris Hemsworth. There was the thought of putting in a second villain because Loki wasn't considered big enough on his own. Iron Man never really had a script; most of the film's scenes were improvised by the cast. Brie Larson trained with three actual Air Force Thunderbirds while prepping for the role of Carol Danvers in Captain Marvel. Many other actors like John Krasinski, Ryan Phillipe, Jensen Ackles, and many others auditioned for the role of Captain America, but we all know who actually got through. -The shape of Captain America's shield is the same as the crater made by the impact of Thor's Hammer Mjolnir in the first Thor film. -In order for everyone to go out drinking, Chris Evans texted them all, saying, "Assemble." -Endgame and Ant-Man and the Wasp were both filmed simultaneously by Evangeline Lilly and Paul Rudd. -Because of his poor attention span, Tom Holland was not permitted to read the Endgame script! -Due to the fact that 20th Century Fox owned the rights to the X-Men, Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch could not be referred to as mutants in the Age of Ultron.
