Different types of electronic commerce • .B2C(business –to-customer) • C2C(customer-to-customer) • B2B(business-to-business) • B2B allows companies to buy and sell in a well controlled environment, the average person is usually not involved with this type of e-commerce.B2C is run by companies trying to sell through the internet.

SOME TYPES OF ITEMS INTERNET USING B2C E-COMMERCE • Product that are small and easily transported,such as books, flowers,computers,business report,music,medicine. • Service that are mainly information exchanges ,such as banking, airline reservation, auction, dating agencies, online bill payment service.

Some an advantages of e-commerce • It is open to everyone 24 hours a day, seven days a week. • It is a fasting way a seven days a week. • It is fast way of obtaining and comparing information about product. • It is convenient way of contacting customer and suppliers. • The internet allows a large a amount of data and information, especially interactive information ,to be presented. • It has the ability to reach a large audience, both national and international. • It is a relatively low-cost way to get a business started.

There are a number of issues with spam • It is very hard to get yourself from a spammer’s list (They love you to replay, as it means this message is getting through) • Spam clogs up the services of ISPs and slows internet traffic • The cost to the spammer is little, but the cost for anti-spam softwares/filters and extra brand width for ISP can be significant
