The Shenendehowa Transition Program offers tailored education and community-based work experiences for students ages 16-21. Our 16-18 year old program focuses on academic coursework and practical skills through a Community-Based Work Program, while the 18-21 program emphasizes individualized placements and job coaching in real-world environments. Students gain vital life skills, such as budgeting, job readiness, and public transportation navigation. Our nationally accredited curriculum supports personal growth and prepares students for successful adult lives, including securing internships and job placements.
