  2. HERE’S HOW RPM WORKS FOR THE PATIENT Step 2 Step 4 Step 1 Step 3 Doctor Prescription The doctor will review your health and decide if RPM is right for you. If so, the clinical staff will order the service. Monthly Data We’ll manage the hardware and software to provide data to nurses, doctors, and family, if desired. Activation We’ll program a customized RPM kit and ship to your home. We’ll call to train you on its use. Nurse Monitoring Our nursing staff will review the data daily, and engage with the patient to follow up.
