  2. Design for safety • Safety is the critical part in cars. The path to safety must be only through the great design. • To curb driver distraction, the automobile industry must design user interface that customers don’t even want to reach phones or feel the need to take their eyes or brains on the road. • How easy now a day that radio station presets using steering wheel buttons. So, this helps the drivers focus is on the road.

  3. Future proof • The industry must future proof their infotainment systems to keep pace with modern content in the web or customers simply turn to their phones instead. • This system launched eight years before, and it takes at least two years in the hardware to roll out. • New features were added in the software changes, the software is frozen for six to twelve months before launch, depending on the manufacturer.

  4. Digitization • As many business moves to digital, the opportunities for disruption increases. Huge companies like Google, Apple, challenged what was once through of as traditional industry boundaries, this same holds true in the Automobile industry. • Automakers increasingly focusing more on digitization to meet customer expectations on transportation and mobility.

  5. Rethink the user experience • In most existing car stereo interfaces aren’t difficult from the first radios in the year 1930's. • Just don’t support interactivity, personalization and type of content available on the web. • Steve jobs the owner of Apple, describes how jobs reinvented entire industries with revolutionary new products by selecting what people want before the people figure out themselves. • The revolutionary way of thinking required to capitalize on driver centric in car experience.

  6. Efficiency • The pressure on improving the quality and lowering the cost of making components and parts is intense. • This is the reason that the efficiency isn’t concentrated on manufacturer with a brand name to uphold. • For the new design and purchasing, the cost of manufacture is due in consideration, as it is the substantial part of the processes executed on the factory floor.
