  1. Will Metro Bus Project Effect Real Estate Market in Multan? In past two to three years there have been seen a considerable progress in the real- estate sector of Multan. The development of new housing societies like WAPDA Town, Fatima Jinnah Town, MDA Employees Welfare Housing Society and the most recent residential project, DHA which is yet to be launched, has given a boost to the real estate sector of the city. In such high-profile areas, the houses will be constructed by the renowned architects in Pakistan. With so many residential and commercial projects underway, Multan is likely to grab the attention of the nearby investors from Bahawalpur and Muzaffar Garh. However, recently another mega project which is thought to be the big boost in the infrastructure of the city is Metro Bus Corridor. After its successful launching and working in Lahore and Islamabad, Metro Bus venture is going to move into another socioeconomic hub i.e. Multan.
