  4. Impacts of Social Networking With rise of social websites, social networking is on the verge of replacing traditional personal interactions for the next generation. Traditional interactions are at risk if we don’t realize the effects of our social media involvement. Social networking affects our lives in many ways, including our communication, self- expression, bullying, isolation, friendships, and even our very own sense of humanity.

It cannot become our main form of communication and interaction. • Cyber bullying is only done through the web and other technologies. Social networks make it worse for the victims. Bullying is difficult in person and even harsher over the internet.

ProfessionalSpace • Employers use this platform to gain extra information about the employees, to make presumptions to assess if the candidates are suitable match for the company or not. • While employees look out for better opportunities and calibre the company is a good match for them or not.
