  2. Due to ongoing research activities, the number of turtles present on this earth is witnessing a rapid downfall. Considering the same, a large number of voluntary organizations have taken up initiatives to encourage people towards tortoise and turtle rescue. https://www.worldturtleday.org/

  4. There are several ways by which this day is celebrated. • People get dressed up like turtles.   5. Some essential steps to implement • Never purchase any turtle or tortoise from a pet shop.
