How to Care For Your Immune System Naturally Let’s face it, there are a 100 ways to “boost your immunity” with enhanced medication and medical techniques these days; something that was unheard of say 100 to 150 years ago. But were people not fit back then? Some of the greatest warriors, kings and emperors of history lived more than 200 years ago. They had the physical prowess of the Gods and their soldiers were strong enough to battle gazelles!! What made them so strong? What caused us to decelerate in terms of physical fitness? The answer is simple – we got complacent. We started taking things for granted, especially our health, succumbing to the pleasure of modern man. When things go south, we resort to a quick fix which doesn’t fix the problem but rather sweeps it under the rug and our health issues keep piling up till the rug can’t hold no more.

  2. There is a way to fix it, but it’s going to take time and dedication on your part to revert all the damage you’ve put your body through till now. In order to restore your immunity naturally follow the tips: 1. Maintain a Routine – Our bodies are magical entities that can run on its own and take care of itself when given the right instructions. Get into a healthy, balanced routine that may be difficult but is good for you. Plan out your day to include a workout session such as yoga classes, a meditation window and a few minutes to journal your day’s experience. Doing so will increase accountability and will provide you with a specific set of instructions to follow to make the most out of your day. 2. Sleep Like a Log – It goes without saying that in order to restore immunity you need to let your body clean it and get enough rest to repair all the damage. Sleeping timely is one the best ways to help your body self-cleanse and this will work to increase your immunity. 3. Drop Any Bad Habit – Habits such as smoking and drinking might grant you immediate satisfaction but will leave you worse than it found you. It is in your best interest to slowly fade these habits out of your life if you can’t seem to drop it cold turkey.
