  3. HABITANTS • Motifs d’installation: guerre, économique, habitant initial • Intentions de retour: oui/non? • Terre d’origine: disponibilité, accès, dimensions • Ménage initial ou 2e génération (“jeunes mariés”) • Régularisation de la terre (achat, échange, etc.)

  4. PROFILING • Statut = individuel •  analyser la situation individuelle des personnes • Motifs d’installation, situation actuelle • Méthodologies diverses pour profilage • Techniques d’échantillonnage • Intentions de retour: enregistrement • Rapport de profil, par site

  5. ENQUÊTE DE SUIVI • Objectifs: • Compléterenquête du Ministère de 2009 • Identifier les habitants des sites par catégorie, selon motifs d’installation et situation (foncière) actuelle • Enregistrer les IDP avec intentions de retour et en besoind’assistance • Evalueropportunités de consolidation des sites
