IT EU projects financial follow-up: Current set-up • EGEE-II budget coordination and EGEE-III budget preparation • Dita Mocova • EGEE-Related EU projects (with CERN partnership): • Roberta Faggian Marque • 9 projects in which CERN participates • All require financial follow-up • Support required on CERN’s requirements (Budget, CET, APT, etc.) • ETICS and ISSeg (Coordinated by CERN): • Karin Burghauser • ISSeG: complex project (sub-contracting involved) • Unclear financial follow-up: Karin needs support EGEE, Related Projects, FI-CTR meeting, 6th December 2006

Tasks discussed at 14/09 meeting • STEP BY STEP GUIDE • The design of a step by step guide for new projects at CERN (FP7) • Taking would-be proposers through the various tasks to be completed CERN-side • Budget codes set-up, • APT, • Main contacts for each step. • This could be web-based • Will complement the ongoing discussions with CERN-EU office on a harmonious and coherent "entry" point for all EU matters.   4. Tasks discussed at 14/09 meeting • MONTHLY PERSONNEL/BUDGET CODE STATUS • Provision of a monthly personnel to budget code table for all projects, as well as financial status. (Templates to be agreed) • Ensures both the project administrator and FI-CTR are aware of project status EGEE, Related Projects, FI-CTR meeting, 6th December 2006
